Westerra AG is a group individuals dedicated to and specializing in agricultural and livestock real estate in Southern Idaho and Northern Nevada. Our group has a diverse background and we are heavily involved in agriculture and the livestock sector. The mission of our group is to provide the best technical and professional real estate services possible to our clients whether buying or selling agricultural properties.
Our services utilize GIS mapping capabilites, researching water rights, CAFO permits, farm leases and many other details unique to agricultural properties. Our GIS mapping capabilites give us the tools to provide a unique visual perspective of properties whether working with sellers to market a property or buyers trying to evaluate and purchase a farm property.

Our Group:
Clay has 11 years of experience in the real estate profession. He maintains a broker's license in Idaho and Nevada and is an owner of Westerra Real Estate Group. Clay received a Bachelors Degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and has earned the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation. Having been brought up in and around agriculture and having represented over 50 million dollars of real estate, he has become a student of Ag properties and enjoys the intricacy of ag related transactions. Clay and his family live in Kimberly, Idaho, where they currently farm and raise cattle and horses. He and his wife, Jolene, are very involved in the community and many youth organizations in Southern Idaho.

Reagon is a licensed Idaho State Realtor and specializes in real estate transactions dealing with livestock and agriculturally-related properties in Southern Idaho. He has experience with dairy water transfers, the dairy permitting process, and environmental and nutrient management compliance in the state of Idaho. Reagon has a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from the University of Idaho and has 18 years of experience in dairy management. He spent 14 years as managing partner of a 2,000 cow dairy in Castleford, Idaho. He worked in the feed industry for 5 years, providing nutrition and management consulting. He served on the state committee to promulgate rules for Idaho Pollution Prevention Initiative and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Idaho. He is a former member of the Twin Falls Ground Water Task Force and the Mid Snake Water Resource Commission. He has also served on the Twin Falls County Planning & Zoning Commission for 5 years, 2 years as chairman.

Amie has was raised in Nevada but has lived in the Mini-Cassia area for 15 years. Her degree is in Ag Business, with emphasis in Credit & Finance, from Cal-Poly SLO. Amie grew up in the livestock industry, and worked as an ag lender for three years. She continues to stay active in the industry raising her own livestock and working part time in the feed industry. She strives to to keep up to date on issues concerning agriculture and the livestock industries in the Mini-Cassia area and the Magic Valley. She enjoys spending time with my family, and is involved with the kids in 4-H as a parent and a leader. Amie has had her real estate license for 4 years. Although she has worked with all types of real estate her main focus is on agricultural properties and small acreages.
