GIS is an acronym for Geographical Information Systems. We use GIS to map and provide a visual image of the properties we represent. GIS gives us the tools to map property boundaries and surveys, zoning boundaries, overlay CAD drawings, topography, map irrigation systems, pipelines, utilities, well locations and data, water rights, soils data, setbacks, wind, precipitation, just to list some of the data we can generate.
